WHERE DID THE CS STRENGTHS DECK COME FROM?

    The CS Strengths Deck was born from our personal journeys of discovering CliftonStrengths® and recognising the transformative power of understanding and developing our unique talents. Coming from very different backgrounds we both found CliftonStrengths® to be a game-changer. It gave us a framework to articulate our strengths and help others to unlock their potential.

    While coaching and working with strengths, we noticed a critical gap in the market. Many people are excited after taking the CliftonStrengths® assessment but struggle to turn their awareness into meaningful action. Existing resources often focus on workplace settings, leaving those on personal growth journeys or seeking long-term tools underserved. This insight drove us to create something tangible and versatile—a resource that could bridge the gap between understanding talents and turning them into strengths.
